We are seeking an experienced E&I E3D Lead Designer (Coordinator) to manage and standardize 3D design for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) projects. Based in an engineering environment, the role involves leading E&I 3D teams, implementing advanced 3D modeling practices, and collaborating with ICT for project setup. This position focuses on greenfield projects, with a strong emphasis on E3D and PDMS expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage E&I 3D design teams in detailed engineering projects.
- Standardize E&I 3D modeling practices and ensure compliance across projects.
- Collaborate with the ICT department to set up 3D modeling for E&I projects.
- Develop and review 3D models, including:
- Cable trays
- E&I cabinets and panels
- Field equipment and support systems
- Proficiently model HV/MV cables and their related supports.
- Support and optimize greenfield E&I 3D detailed design for offshore and onshore projects.
Essential Requirements (Must-Have):
- 5+ years of experience working in an engineering company.
- Proven expertise in greenfield E&I 3D detailed design for at least 5 years.
- Experience leading E&I 3D design teams.
- Superuser proficiency in E3D and/or PDMS.
- Deep understanding of cable tray, cabinet/panel, and field equipment 3D modeling.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- Familiarity with offshore platform design.
- Experience with HV substation designs.
- Proficiency in LV distribution design and automation/telecommunication systems.
- Knowledge of HV/MV cable modeling and related supporting systems.
