This is your chance to lead the Health, Safety, and Environmental agenda for a key operational area. You will ensure compliance with both international and national regulations, advise on HSE matters, and lead a dedicated HSE team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the overarching HSE strategy and policies in collaboration with the North Sea HSE Manager and Management Team.
• Conduct internal and external HSE audits to ensure compliance, analyze risk assessments, and provide detailed reports and recommendations.
• Oversee the integration of HSE Management Systems and Standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across operations.
• Provide effective coaching and mentoring, enhancing the HSE culture among staff and contractors.
• Develop and implement robust Emergency Response and Business Continuity plans.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with the Competence and Training framework, maintaining high standards of security and radiation management.

Organization & Offer:

• You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related engineering or environmental discipline.
• Certified in Environmental HSEQ (e.g., HVK, MoSHE) with a deep understanding of current HSE legislation, particularly in the UK/NL.
• Experienced in a senior HSE role within the Oil and Gas industry, focusing on offshore operations.
• Skilled in HSE management systems, emergency response, auditing, and risk management.
• A proactive, flexible individual who encourages innovative thinking and solutions.
