  • Providing support to the sales team during acquisition efforts, offering insights into feasibility, technology selection, and production timelines.
  • Taking ownership of project milestones within NPI projects post-order, ensuring quality, timing, and budget adherence.
  • Reviewing and supervising engineering deliverables, offering guidance on engineering-related queries, and addressing structural challenges from the concept phase through completion.
  • Performing various relevant calculations.
  • Leading a diverse team to achieve project milestones and closely monitoring engineering outputs.
  • Effectively communicating technical progress and project milestones both internally and externally.
  • Leading research projects into new technologies and overseeing their implementation. This includes developing project plans, business cases, budget management, and timeline tracking.
  • Leading initiatives for technology enhancements.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers, attending industry events to stay abreast of developments in relevant disciplines.
  • Demonstrating willingness to support technology projects or address technological challenges for other companies within our consortium.

Qualifications

We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about tackling technical challenges and staying informed about the latest developments. You should be capable of setting and independently pursuing ambitious goals within specified time frames. Your knowledge and skills will be instrumental in driving their success.

Furthermore, you should possess:

  • A technical Master's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of practical experience.
  • Previous experience within a production environment.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages.

Additionally, you should align with their core values:

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit.
