We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for a specific pilot project focused on developing new materials for an advanced water treatment technology. The project has a budget of approximately €1.6 million and is expected to span about 12 months, with a commitment of 2 days per week. The anticipated start date is early September, pending final project approval.

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of a pilot project that plays a crucial role in product development. You will manage the project from inception to completion, ensuring that it stays within budget, on schedule, and meets all quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the Projects, Engineering & Development team to drive the project forward and successfully achieve all objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp project scope and manage it effectively in terms of cost, schedule, and quality.
• Familiarity with the water industry is a plus.
• Experience with technology development and research is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing projects with a budget of €1.6 million or more.
• Strong leadership skills to quickly integrate into existing teams and take charge of project timelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the project.
• Solid understanding of the R&D process and technology development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus.
