Projectmanager Industrialization (NPI)

For one of our high-tech partners active in aerospace, semiconductor, machinery manufacturing and more we are seeking a Project Manager responsible for achieving project objectives and leading a project team. This role is crucial in maintaining client relations and ensuring that project agreements are met as outlined in the project plan.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the clear definition of project scope and objectives early in the project initiation phase.
• Developing a project plan in accordance with established project methodologies and client requirements.
• Identifying bottlenecks, initiating solutions, and monitoring the progress of agreements to ensure project continuity.
• Conducting internal project meetings and reporting to the steering committee.
• Ensuring the achievement of objectives in Quality, Logistics, Technical, and Cost as detailed in the project plan.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project progress, change management, and escalations.
• Managing and executing the project administration.

Requirements:

• A completed higher education degree in a technical or technical business management field.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar project management role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Demonstrable communication and social skills with an excellent customer-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• An entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and team player qualities. Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
