QHSE Manager

Are you ready to take on a significant role in ensuring Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence? Unity Partners is partnering with a leading manufacturer in sustainable packaging. This company is a pioneer in sustainable practices in the production of plastic packaging, serving global consumer brands in various sectors.

We're looking for a seasoned QHSE Manager. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for the QA/QHSE team, maintain the management system according to ISO / GSI, ensure continuous improvement and increase quality awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Ensure certification and maintenance of FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards

·      Responsible for certification of FSSC 22000 / ISO45001 / ISO 14001

·      Lead Quality, Food Safety, H&S teams

·      Uphold RIE requirements and documentation as per ARBO NL law

·      Audits

·      Risk and supplier assessments in terms of HACCP, VACCP and TACCP

·      Monitor and lead QHSE KPIs, both internally and globally

·      Oversee the development of new products alongside the R&D department

Qualifications:

·      At least a relevant professional education (HBO+)

·      A minimum of 5 years' experience in a QHSE managerial role

·      Experience with ISO standards and GFSI

·      Excellent command of Dutch and English

·      Inspirational leadership and excellent organizational skills

·      Resilient, with a proactive and team-oriented approach
