Our partner is a prominent player in the cleaning industry, renowned for delivering innovative and effective cleaning solutions globally. As their recruiting agency, we are seeking an experienced Product Developer to join their dynamic laboratory team.

The Role:
As a Product Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development process of new products. Your tasks include analyzing, formulating, and blending chemical components to create high-quality cleaning products. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to independently manage projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and formulate new products within the cleaning sector.
• Conduct laboratory tests to ensure product safety and efficacy.
• Coordinate with production and quality control teams for scaling up production.
• Detailed documentation of development processes and test results.

We Are Looking For:

• A candidate with a relevant degree in chemistry (bachelor’s or master’s).
• Experience in product development, preferably in the chemical or related industries.
• A self-starter who can manage complex projects independently and integrate quickly.

Location: Almere
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: €55,000 - €70,000 including holiday pay
Bonus: 5% of annual salary
