Technology Teamlead

For one of our green tech partners, a leading engineering firm, we are seeking a passionate technologist for the role of Technology Team Leader. This role is vital in addressing the challenges and innovations in the water sector, focusing on sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and coaching a team of four technologists.
• Providing advisory services in (waste)water technology to a diverse range of clients, including water boards, drinking water companies, and industrial clients.
• Involvement in projects related to water treatment, sludge processing, and biomass.
• Offering technical advice to clients, emphasizing innovation and sustainability in water quality, transportation, safety, and management.

Requirements:

• A completed higher education degree in process technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting and engineering in the field of (waste)water treatment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and advisory capabilities.
• A commitment to working on sustainable solutions and challenging projects in the water sector.
