Temporary Project Manager R&D (Full-Time, 3 Months)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a temporary full-time position lasting approximately 3 months. You will be supporting our partner by taking over the management of several ongoing R&D projects during the sick leave of their regular project manager. The start date is as soon as possible.

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various R&D projects and advancing a development project. You will work closely with existing teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to quickly understand project scope and manage it from a cost, schedule, and quality standpoint.
• Familiarity with the water industry is a plus.
• Experience with technology development and research is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing R&D and technology development projects.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to quickly integrate and take charge of existing teams and project timelines.
• Ability to effectively manage small to mid-sized project scopes and budgets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise mid-project.
• Solid understanding of the R&D process and technology development lifecycle.
